Individual membership dues vary by geographic location and class of membership. Membership is per calendar year, Jan. 1 through Dec. 31. Prorated dues are available for new memberships beginning July 1.

Individual members belong to the national organization, plus any existing regional, state, and/or local chapters. Corporate/Business members belong to the national organization.

Find your chapter to know the appropriate dues rate for your area. Regional, state and/or local chapter dues may be required in addition to national dues to pay for your AAOHN membership.

Class of
Membership

Description

Active Open to registered professional nurses who are currently employed in occupational and environmental health.
Retired Open to members retired from occupational and environmental health.
Affiliate Open to either: registered professional nurses not eligible for active status, but interested in the field of occupational and environmental health and the purposes of AAOHN; or others, not eligible for active status, but practicing in the field of occupational and environmental health and interested in the purposes of AAOHN.
Student Open to either: registered nurses enrolled as students in a program of study related to occupational and environmental health; or students in professional nursing programs with interest in occupational and environmental health.
Corporate Open to those organizations who desire to support the goals of the Association and who are not eligible for any other class of membership.
