Healthy Workers : Healthy Business

To enter the 2008 OHN Week essay contest, submit a 500-word essay based on the theme, Healthy Workers : Healthy Business, from your perspective as an OHN.

The writer whose essay is chosen for first place will be awarded a $500 scholarship to be used toward any AAOHN continuing education program. The second place winner will receive one year of AAOHN membership.

Essays will be judged on relevancy to the theme, innovation and writing style.

The contest is open to all AAOHN members.

 Entries must be received by March 21, 2008.

• Essays may not exceed 500 words.
• A panel of judges who are expert in the subject of occupational and environmental health nursing will choose essay winners.
• Winners will be announced at 2008 Symposium & Expo and winning essays published in AAOHN News and on the AAOHN Web site.
• Prizes: First place is a $500 scholarship to be used toward any AAOHN continuing education program of winner’s choice. Second place is a paid one-year AAOHN membership.
• Material under copyright to another publication will not be considered.
• No purchase necessary.
• Void where prohibited.
