Continuing nursing education (CNE) modules offer a convenient, cost-effective way to earn continuing nursing education contact hours for certification/re-certification or licensure.

The AAOHN Journal, a scientific peer-reviewed journal, is the official journal of the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses, Inc. (AAOHN).

You can use our Online Learning feature or AAOHN Journal (current and back issues).

Follow the instructions below to print the journal article and test to submit for contact hours.

Download both the article and test for the CNE module you wish to complete.
Read the article and take the CNE test by hand.
Submit the completed test along with your processing fee of $15 members/ $20 non-members to AAOHN:

AAOHN is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education (CNE) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

AAOHN is additionally approved as a CNE provider by the California Board of Registered Nursing (#CEP9283) and the Louisiana State Board of Nursing (#LSBN3).
