Symposium Proper Registration
(Tuesday, April 29-Thursday, May 1)
Symposium Proper registration includes the Annual Business/Recognition Meeting, Catherine Dempsey Opening Lecture, President’s Forum, poster sessions, Closing Keynote General Session and exhibits, including an opening reception, breakfast, breaks, and exhibitor luncheon. (Non-member registration does not include Annual Business/Recognition Meeting and President’s Forum.) Pre-registration for concurrent sessions is required. If you do not pre-register, there is no guarantee that you will be seated in any concurrent sessions.
One-Day Symposium Proper Registration
(Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)
Tuesday registration includes: Annual Business/Recognition Meeting (members only), poster sessions and exhibits opening reception.

Student & Guest Registration – Online Registration not available (download the Registration Form).
- Students - Fax or Mail Only. There is a $75 registration fee (cost of meals) with proof of enrollment in a college degree program and currently taking at least 6 credit hours. Does not include pre-symposium or lunch & learn sessions.
- Guests (over the age of 16) - Guests of symposium registrants may register at the AAOHN registration area to obtain a badge for admittance to the AAOHN exhibit hall only. The fee is $75 per guest (inlcudes meals). All guests must be registered in order to enter the hall and be accompanied by a registered symposium attendee or exhibitor at all times during their visit. No one under the age of 16 will be admitted.
Payment
VISA, MasterCard, American Express and check (U.S. funds only) will be honored for payment of AAOHN Symposium & Expo registration. The name or member number of the registrant(s) must appear on any check submitted. Registrations are not processed if payment does not accompany the registration form. Online registration will not be complete until your credit card information is entered and accepted into the system.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and postmarked by April 9, 2008 to receive a refund. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. An administrative fee of $50 is charged for ALL cancellations. Refunds are dispersed in the same manner of payment, and will be sent within 30 days.
Workshop and Session Changes
After the registration deadline, April 11, 2008, a $25 administrative fee will be charged for EACH transfer request among pre-symposium workshops or lunch & learn sessions. There is no fee if the class is cancelled by AAOHN.
