Ground Transportation
Salt Lake City International Airport is serviced by most domestic and international carriers. It is located 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City.

Taxi and Limo Service: Approximately $14-$16 from the airport.

Shuttle: $7 per person one-way

For transfers from the Salt Lake International Airport to Salt Lake City, reservations are not required. Please report to the "Ground Transportation Desk - Express Shuttle". A representative will be stationed there to check passengers in when they arrive. Just let the Airport Desk agent know you are with the AAOHN Symposium and Expo when you check in. Once passengers check in with luggage, the shared shuttle will depart within 20 minutes.

Reservations are required for transfers to the Salt Lake International Airport. Please make reservations at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. You must tell the reservationist you are with AAOHN Symposium and Expo at the time of the reservation. Drivers accept cash or credit card. Payments can be taken over the phone.

Weather
On average, temperatures for Salt Lake City in the April/May timeframe are in the low 70’s during the day and low 60’s in the evening. Please dress accordingly.

Attire
The dress code for Symposium is business casual. Also, please keep in mind that the meeting rooms do vary in temperature. We suggest that you bring a light sweater to ensure your comfort during individual sessions. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes for visiting the exhibits and for enjoying the Salt Lake City area.
