It is offered during eight sessions and provides a solid foundation for any leadership practice. Sessions can be taken individually or the series taken in its entirety, and there are recordings available. In total these sessions weave together the key elements of what today's leaders need to know as we move into this new decade.
This course is designed as a comprehensive leadership development program. Each session includes handouts, suggested activities at the end of the session, a short reference list, and discussion questions.
