Are you a new user?

If you are not a member and are purchasing from AAOHN for the first time, call (800) 241-8014 ext. 0 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday or email memberservices@aaohn.org to set up an online account.

Did you forget your User ID?

If you are a member logging-in for the first time, your default User ID is:
     firstname@lastname (e.g. John@Smith)

Note: If your member record indicates you and another member have the exact same first and last names, your User ID is: firstname@lastnamezipcode (e.g. John@Smith20707)

• If you are either a member who has changed your User ID or if you're a nonmember who created an online account, and you cannot remember your User ID:
       Contact AAOHN Customer Service or call (800) 241-8014 x0

• If you are a member logging-in for the first time, your default Password is:
       your five-digit member number

• If you are either a member who has changed your Password or if you're a nonmember who created an online account, and you cannot remember your Password, the system can e-mail your password to you:
  1. Enter your correct User ID in the field above.
  2. Leave the Password Field blank.
  3. Click on "Submit."
  4. Your password will be sent to the e-mail address you have indicated to AAOHN as your preferred e-mail address.
