2026 AAOHN National Conference Session Evaluations

You will have this event in your evaluation if you were registered to attend.

Certificates

It is AAOHN's recommendation that you download, save or print your certificates on a yearly basis and/or following each educational event for your own recordkeeping.

CMA Note

This program has been pre-approved by The Commission to provide continuing education credit to Certified Case Managers (CCM®). The total number of clock hours attended or completed for general and ethics content sessions should be entered by a representative of your organization at the completion of the program and must reflect the actual number of clock hours completed by the participant (versus awarding credit for an entire activity if the participant did not attend or complete it in its entirety).

AAOHN Past National Conferences

To access an evaluation and certificate from a  2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 AAOHN past conference event, please follow the directions listed below, and select the link to access your evaluations.

All requests for conference CNE certificates for 2017-2020 need to be sent in writing to education@aaohn.org. These will be need to be manually pulled from the evaluation site if available.

Access Your Evaluation:

1. Confirm that you are logged in to your My AAOHN member account in the upper right-hand corner of this screen. The single sign on re-direct to the evaluation site will not work if you are not logged in to your account.
2. Click the link below to access the evaluation site
3. Please select an event from the available listings and download to print your CNE certificate. The only available events are for 2021 and 2022.
4. If you do not have CNE on your certificate, please contact education@aaohn.org as you may not have submitted an evaluation prior to the deadline. Staff will need to assist.
