Education Track Sponsorship

Provide educational content for AAOHN by sponsoring one of the National Conference’s educational tracks. Sponsorship includes branding on track signage and promotions, and (1) non-CNE educational session during the educational schedule. Keynote Sponsor

AAOHN Board Member Advisory Group

Host a 30-minute meeting with a select group of AAOHN Board Members. Advisory group sponsorship offers the opportunity to bring together a panel of AAOHN Board Members to give industry insights and explore critical questions and issues in the field. AAOHN will provide board member participants, scheduling, and provide a meeting room with A/V for the advisory group. Food/beverage not included in sponsorship.

Corporate Member Private Meeting Space

Tailor a unique experience for attendees hosting meetings in your own private room during AAOHN’s 2026 National Conference. Limited rooms available Sunday through Tuesday. Capacity is dependent on size of available rooms. First come, first served; $500 F&B credit included with the space. 

Booth Snack Pop-up

Offer a tasty snack during Partner Pavilion hours for one day as a pop-up surprise to attendees. AAOHN requires approval of all food or beverage items selected and that all sponsored provide at least 150 servings of the chosen item.

In their registration bag, National Conference attendees receive a "passport" game card listing all participating companies. Each sponsor is responsible for purchasing their own giveaway prize with a minimum value of $100 and bringing it to the event. The attendee must be present at the time of drawing.

Speak directly to attendees with a dedicated email blast that AAOHN will send to conference attendees on your behalf. HTML must be designed by your team and content is subject to approval by AAOHN. E-mails are limited to two per month and reserved on a first come, first served basis. HTML, a subject line, and a reply-to email address must be received by AAOHN one week before the send date and include AAOHN’s sponsored message disclaimer.
